Join Amentum and be part of a team dedicated to innovation, excellence, and shaping the future of Army operations.Duties and Responsibilities:Possess the capability to lead project development from inception to deployment completionProven expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanismsDemonstrate a capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexityWork with leadership to define long-term strategy, drive process improvements, and ensure programs align with business objectivesIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks and proactively remove roadblocks to keep the program on trackProvide contractual direction, ensure customer satisfaction while following all corporate policiesEffectively communicate program status, financial details, and requirements to a wide range of audiences from government customers to Sr. corporate leadershipMinimum Requirements :B.S Degree + 12 years of experience as a DoW Program Manager/Senior Manager or:Masters Degree + 9 years of experience as a DoW Program Manager/Senior ManagerPMP or related certificationAbility to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to contribute to and execute long-term corporate strategyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex contractual and organizational challengesSuperior ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environmentManagement of personnel resources to motivate, develop and direct people as they workMust have an active Secret clearance at time of application and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
