This role bridges program design and field execution, with accountability for transition outcomes, service delivery consistency, and workforce readiness.The position functions as the central program lead during the implementation and ongoing operational lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, validation, and execution of a repeatable healthcare operating model.

The role directly supports closing gaps in standardization, compliance, and cross-functional accountability by ensuring services are implemented in alignment with defined standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may include but are not limited to:Plans, develops, implements, manages, and maintains KBS's healthcare program to reach short- and long-term goalsLead end-to-end execution for healthcare services, from kickoff through stabilization and ongoing operationsServe as the primary owner of service implementation outcomes, including readiness, timelines, service delivery, and ongoing performanceCoordinate and direct seconded field managers and site leadership during the transition phase and initial operational phaseTranslate contract scope into a defined service delivery model, ensuring alignment with scope of work and operational requirementsImplement standardized service models, SOPs, workflows, and service expectations aligned with healthcare environmentsEnsure compliance with healthcare-specific standards, including infection control practices, regulatory expectations and reporting requirement, and audit readinessPartner with cross-functional teams to validate scope, staffing models, equipment needs, and service assumptions prior to and during transitionSupport and ensure delivery of structured training programs for site teams to drive service consistency and readinessOversee workforce readiness in partnership with staffing teams, including recruitment, onboarding, badging, credentialing, and vaccination requirementsEnsure staffing levels align with labor models and ramp plans to support successful service delivery at go-liveIdentify, escalate, and resolve risks related to staffing, service delivery, compliance, and client expectationsDrive alignment across Sales, Strategic Account Management, Operations, Staffing, and Compliance to ensure upstream decisions are validated and executable at the site levelEstablish and manage detailed transition plans, including timelines, milestones, and ownership across stakeholdersMonitor transition progress and early-stage performance against defined KPIs and service expectationsCommunicates the monthly or quarterly progress of programs to internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on work progress, obstacles, and overall performance.Looks for ways to improve inefficient processes, identifies opportunities for additional products and services, and assists Marketing and Sales and Strategic Accounts with new proposalsAdditional Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport leadership with healthcare-related transition strategy, planning, and execution initiativesContribute to the development and refinement of standardized healthcare operating models and implementation practicesParticipate in cross-functional initiatives aligned with healthcare service growth and program expansionPerform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and CompetenciesKnowledgeKnowledge of healthcare janitorial or environmental services operations within clinical and non-clinical settingsUnderstanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., OSHA, CMS, Joint Commission awareness preferred)Knowledge of multi-site service delivery models, transition management, and program standardization approachesFamiliarity with workforce onboarding, credentialing, and compliance requirements in healthcare environmentsSkillsProgram and project management with a focus on transitions and multi-site implementationsStrong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignmentAbility to translate scope and strategy into structured, executable service delivery modelsWorkforce planning and coordination with staffing and operations partnersRisk identification, issue resolution, and problem-solvingStrong communication, organization, and execution skillsCompetenciesAccountability for outcomes and execution of complex transitionsAbility to operate with structure in ambiguous or fast-paced environmentsStrong attention to detail with focus on compliance and consistencyLeadership and influence without direct authorityResults-driven with focus on standardization, quality, and operational readinessEducational Qualifications/Job Experience RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience5+ years of experience in healthcare environmental services, janitorial operations, or related fieldExperience supporting multi-site healthcare environments, including hospitals or clinical settings preferredExperience leading or supporting transitions, implementations, or program rolloutsProven ability to build or implement standardized processes, SOPs, and service modelsExperience working cross-functionally with Operations, Staffing, Sales, and other key stakeholdersWorking Conditions/Physical RequirementsSchedule:Regular weekly schedule;
