Program ManagerPosition reports to the Senior PMO Manager. Primary duties may include but not limited to:Provides high-level program management to the organizationProgram and resource managementScheduling and coordination of projectsAllocation and assignment of qualified resourcesEnsure all programs, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectivesProvide job opportunity evaluation and bid strategy input as well as technical input for proposal preparationAiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contractsPrincipal point of contact with client for all program issuesResponsible for effective management of funds, personnel, and contract deliverablesCustomer management and interfaceRequirementsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related disciplineMinimum of 8 years related technical experience4 years management experience
