We bring expertise, rigorous thinking, and a user-first approach to problem solving. We transform, improve, and support global Stripe business processes to drive critical initiatives and other cross-functional business priorities for the sales planning cycle.What You'll DoProject management:Lead and manage day-to-day operations of large-scale transformational projectsDevelop detailed project plans, set milestones, and ensure program integrityStandardize reporting and systems requirementsIdentify needs and create solutions:Design solutions for process improvements and tool development, focusing on long-term sustainability and scalability of planningAnalyze and evaluate emerging challenges and opportunities, focusing on long-term repeatable processesStakeholder management:Coordinate with key stakeholders and leadership to align complex programs and secure buy-in, while balancing prioritizationPartner cross-functionally across all departments (Finance, Legal, Systems, etc.) to influence and executeResponsibilitiesBe accountable for building and driving large-scale transformational initiatives end to endCreate strong business cases and drive influence to gain cross-functional support and resources needed to accomplish your goals.

Use data to influence decisions.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that impact the successful delivery of programsCreate roadmaps, project plans, change management plans, tasks, and reporting methodologies to track progressExecute through cross-functional teamsManage change management activities across stakeholder engagement, including messaging and communication planning, support, and enablementInfluence and adopt the use of tooling, including AI-based tools, to make the planning processes more efficientWho You AreWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.Minimum requirements7+ years of program management, business operations, or management consulting experience, preferably in a GTM or Sales Operations organizationDemonstrated organizational, project management, and execution skills with ability to own cross-functional projectsAn ability to drive sales territory planning and align strategies across all segments to ensure seamless executionStrong track record as a strategic problem solver and skilled operator with the demonstrated ability to successfully deploy new initiatives end to endA high degree of comfort working in a high-growth and fast-paced environmentAn ability to seamlessly transition from the high level to very detailed work, and a hands-on approachA detail-oriented individual with business acumen, and the ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the organizationPreferred qualificationsKnowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemsData analytics (Google Sheets or Excel data manipulation, SQL)Pay and BenefitsThe annual US base salary range for this role is $141,600 - $212,400.

For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
