Program Manager - Full Time

Nemera – Contract Program Manager Location: Chicago, IL – ICH Facility (Ravenswood/Montrose) target compensation of $120K–$140K+ , depending on experience

Nemera is seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate medical device development programs from quotation through product design freeze and process validation. This role will serve as a key customer interface while coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple sites to ensure programs meet quality, cost, timing, and risk objectives . Medical device industry experience is required.

Lead and manage internal and external customers in partnership with the Key Account Manager. Develop and maintain program/project plans, budgets, timelines, and expenses. Manage multiple programs simultaneously while adjusting level of involvement based on program complexity. Medical device industry experience — REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.

3–5+ years of Program Management experience, preferably within medical device development.

Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.

Experience with high-volume production, injection molding, and automation . Medical device or combination product development experience. Experience managing programs involving multiple sites and cross-functional teams.

This is an opportunity to join Nemera on a contract basis with the potential to convert to a direct-hire position . The target direct compensation is $120K–$140K+ , with flexibility for candidates whose background warrants a higher level of compensation.
