Program Manager (Full Stack)Location: Austin, TX Salary Range: *** to 120,000/AnnualExperience with full stack implementations, GitHub, CI/CD and micro services/APIsExperience with Agile MethodologiesKnowledge with GenAI / AI AgentsResponsibilities:Work across multiple cross-functional technical teams to deliver organization objectives in fast-paced and complex programs and projectsDevelop strong partnerships with engineering leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectivesOwn and manage program and portfolio planning, execution of roadmap, and engineering operations for multiple verticalsDrive alignments and prioritization across all technology initiatives, manage roadmap for a single consistent view and lead communicationsBuild strategic relationships with key technology and business leaders to ensure program successDrive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogsLead efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution pathsFill in gaps across roles and functions as needed, performing as an adaptive problem solverReport on project status or portfolio roadmap, risks, issues and mitigation plansCreate a collaborative work environment that fosters shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation and continuous learningCoach and mentor others in the best practices of modern planning and executionQualifications:5+ years of strong hands-on engineering program management experienceDirect experience working with cross-functional teams, engineering leadership, technical teams and individual contributorsExperience managing organization wide, large scale, high impact programsProven success on establishing organization-wide processesDirect work experience in a engineering program management capacity to drive large technical initiatives including all aspects of process development and executionKnowledge of complex technical ecosystems and adequate technical depthExperience managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs executed through multiple geographic locationsAbility to quickly adapt to faster pace, shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesDomain Experience: Security domain experience is nice to have but not mandatoryRequired Skills:Engineering Program ManagementExperience with Agile MethodologiesExperience with full stack implementations, GitHub, CI/CD, and micro services/APIsCross-functional collaborationDependency and risk managementManage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)Stakeholder managementReports: Regards, ***.
