Program ManagerOne of Airetel Staffing's valued clients is looking for a Program Manager located in Fort Worth, TX.Manages/oversees all aspects of multiple simultaneous fast-paced assigned initiatives with distributed teams. With teams becoming more geographically dispersed, strong leadership and team-building skills are essential.Leads IT initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).Develop and manages detailed project plans, manages project scope and sets milestones, manages budget, tracks project statusEnsures initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetDesigns and maintains project vision, project working standards, and agreementsIdentifies potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.Manages issues and troubleshoot problems that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.Tracks, updates, and communicates project status in a proactive manner as it relates to project progress, budget/cost, resource utilization, change requests, issues, risks, and risk mitigation plansThe ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholdersAbility to leverage data analytics for tracking project performance, optimizing processes, and making informed decisions that align with strategic goals.Qualifications:5–10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management for large-scale IT implementationsTop 3 Mandatory Skills and Experience:Enterprise Project Management Expertise (Large-Scale IT Programs)5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technology implementations or system upgradesProven ability to manage full project lifecycle (planning, execution, testing, deployment)Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps)PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferredVendor & Stakeholder Management (Global Delivery Environment)Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors (e.g., IBS or similar enterprise platforms) against SOW deliverablesStrong stakeholder management skills across business, IT, and executive leadershipExperience coordinating with offshore/global teams (e.g., India-based delivery models)Excellent communication, escalation, and decision facilitation skillsSystem Upgrade & Testing Leadership (Enterprise Platforms)Hands-on experience managing system upgrades, including SIT, UAT, and production deploymentsStrong understanding of release management, defect triage, and risk mitigation practicesFamiliarity with integrated systems, APIs, and operational platformsExperience in airline, cargo, or logistics systems (iCargo or equivalent) strongly preferredNice to have skills:Experience with cargo/logistics systems (iCargo strongly preferred)Aviation or airline industry experienceFamiliarity with IBS Software platformsPMP, PgMP, or equivalent certificationExperience with enterprise integrations (APIs, messaging systems, operational platforms)
