Program Manager – Financial Support ServicesSGI Global is seeking a Part-Time Program Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate, Finance and Budget Division. This role serves as the contractor's single point of contact and is responsible for the overall management and execution of contract requirements supporting DHS S&T financial support services.This is a part-time telework position within the National Capital Region, requiring availability during standard business hours from 0900 to 1700 Eastern.*Contingent on contract award*ResponsibilitiesServe as the contractor's single point of contact for all technical and administrative matters related to the contractManage and track all tasks performed under the Statement of WorkProvide on-site and off-site management of contractor personnel supporting the contractManage and oversee contractor performance to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with SOW requirementsMaintain continuous communication with the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's RepresentativeImmediately notify the CO and COR of any issues that could prevent timely or successful contract performanceLead and participate in weekly status meetings with Government stakeholdersPrepare and submit required weekly and monthly status reports covering technical progress, performance, cost, risks, and projectionsServe as the single point of contact for all contract deliverables and performance issuesAttend and participate in the post-award conferenceDevelop, execute, and maintain required contract deliverables, including the Transition-In Plan, Contract Management Plan, Quality Control Plan, and Transition-Out PlanEnsure all deliverables are submitted on time and meet Government acceptance requirementsManage all activities associated with the contract to ensure efficient and effective execution of SOW requirements.QualificationsUS Citizen.Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityMinimum of 10 years of experience managing and executing complex or technical effortsExperience providing advice and counsel to both Government and contractor support staffMinimum of 5 years of direct supervision of a government financial support programAbility to act with full authority on behalf of the contractor as designated Key PersonnelAbility to communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken EnglishAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of quality deliverablesAbility to coordinate, oversee, and manage contractor staff performanceMust pass Department of Homeland Security suitability and obtain a Public Trust fitness determination prior to beginning workSGI Global provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
