The Program Manager - Evaluation Services is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of the diagnostic and evaluation program, including staff supervision, program performance, operational processes, and compliance. This position provides leadership to assigned staff, manages program resources, monitors service delivery and outcomes, and implements process improvements to ensure efficient and effective operations.
