Program Manager – End User ComputingThe EUC Transition Program Manager will lead end-to-end End User Computing (EUC) service transitions, ensuring seamless transfer of people, processes, tools, and knowledge into a new operating model.
The role is accountable for transition planning, execution, governance, and stabilization while maintaining service continuity and business confidence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead EUC transition programs covering Service Desk, Desktop/Laptop Support, Field Services, IMACD, and endpoint environmentsDevelop and manage transition plans, timelines, milestones, and dependenciesDrive knowledge transfer, documentation validation, and operational readinessManage rebadge/rehire transition scenarios to ensure continuity of skills and servicesEstablish transition governance, reporting, and executive communicationIdentify, track, and mitigate transition risks and issuesCoordinate across vendors, security, and operations teamsLead hyper care and stabilization, ensuring smooth handover to steady-state deliveryRequired Experience & SkillsProven experience delivering EUC service transitions in enterprise environmentsStrong project/program management expertise with complex, multi-stakeholder transitionsSolid understanding of EUC technologies and support modelsAbility to lead under tight timelines with minimal service disruptionExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferredExperience in large-scale or outsourced EUC delivery modelsStrong experience in EUC transitionsProven project/program management backgroundExcellent stakeholder and delivery management skills
