Program Manager – Early Childhood EducationShare Apply Full-time Associate's degree Starting at $70,000.00 per yearAbout the Role:The Program Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting daily operations, classroom quality, and staff development. Working closely with the Director, this role ensures classrooms run smoothly, teachers are supported, families are engaged, and licensing standards are consistently met. This position helps create a stable, high-quality, and well-supported learning environment for children and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily staffing, classroom coverage, and ratio compliance (Title 22)Assist with scheduling, transitions, and daily program flowEnsure classrooms are prepared, safe, and fully stocked each dayCommunicate operational needs to the DirectorProvide real-time classroom support and teacher coachingAssist with onboarding and training of new staffConduct classroom walkthroughs and support instructional qualitySupport staff communication, teamwork, and accountabilityServe as a supportive point of contact for familiesCommunicate daily updates, reminders, and concernsSupport tours and family interactions as neededHelp strengthen positive school-family relationshipsSupport curriculum implementation across classroomsReview documentation (Learning Genie, DRDP, portfolios)Help ensure developmentally appropriate practices are followedSupport classroom environment quality and organizationAssist with documentation, files, and compliance recordsSupport incident reports, logs, and required paperworkHelp prepare for licensing visits and staff meetingsMaintain organization of shared spaces and suppliesQualifications:2+ years of experience in Early Childhood Education or leadership support roleStrong understanding of Title 22 licensing and ratiosKnowledge of child development (ages 0–6)Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skillsAbility to coach and support staff in a positive, professional wayCPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtainECE coursework or permit preferredWhat We Offer:50% employer-paid medical insuranceChildcare tuition discountPaid professional development and trainingUp to $10,000/year ELFA stipend eligibility3 weeks paid vacation (eligible roles)Paid holidays (13+ per year)Sign-on bonus offered at 90-day and 6-month milestonesGrowth opportunities into leadership rolesTo Apply: Submit your resume or a brief message sharing your experience in early childhood education and interest in the Program Manager role.
