Program ManagerThe Program Manager is the senior-most delivery leader on the platform, accountable for the success of the entire program as it enters Phase 2. You will own the client relationship with agency leadership, direct up to 150 people multi-team Agile organization, and be responsible for cost, schedule, quality, and contractual performance across all workstreams. Citizen.Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (1-2 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government ClearanceStrong communication and presentation skills.Must be able to prioritize and self-start.Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift.Must be enthusiastic and have passion for learning and constant improvement.Must be open to collaboration, feedback and client asks.Must enjoy working with a vibrant team of outgoing personalities.Required Qualifications:Active PMP certificationExperience managing organizations of 150+ people on large federal programs10+ years of program/project management experience, including federal IT modernizationDemonstrated experience with Agile delivery at scale and earned value / financial managementBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldPreferred Qualifications:PgMP or SAFe certificationFinancial-regulatory or filing-systems domain experienceFamiliarity with AWS cloud programs and AI-augmented SDLC toolingExperience leading capture/transition into new contract phases
