Program Manager – Data & Analytics HealthcareOur direct client is seeking a Program Manager to support a Data & Analytics team within a large healthcare environment. This role partners with business leaders, data teams, and developers to deliver strategic data initiatives, with a primary focus on the Quality domain. The Program Manager acts as the central coordinator across stakeholders and technical teams, managing projects from intake through delivery.
This individual will operate in a product-oriented capacity, helping define priorities, guide solutions, and ensure delivery of high-value analytics products such as dashboards, reporting solutions, and enterprise data initiatives.Key AccountabilitiesProgram & Project Delivery: Lead initiatives end-to-end from intake through release (intake, prioritization, build, validation, training)Manage multiple concurrent projects, focusing on strategic, enterprise-level workIdentify risks, resolve issues, and communicate status to stakeholders and leadershipStakeholder Engagement & Advisory: Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand needs and define prioritiesAct as a trusted advisor, recommending appropriate analytics/reporting solutionsTranslate business requirements into actionable work for technical teamsAgile & Development Collaboration: Work closely with development teams operating in a Scrum/Agile environmentParticipate in ongoing team collaboration (e.g., daily touchpoints)Serve in a product owner–like role (without formal Scrum Master responsibility)Portfolio & Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize a pipeline of requests ranging from minor enhancements to enterprise dashboardsAlign work to strategic goals and maximize business valueSupport KPI definition and creation of analytics solutionsDomain Expertise (Quality): Develop subject matter expertise within the assigned domainGuide stakeholders toward best-fit solutions (e.g., dashboards, reports, analytics tools)Support enterprise data strategy, including establishing and using "source of truth" datasetsContinuous Improvement & Innovation: Contribute to process improvements across program management and delivery workflowsPromote adoption of data, analytics, and emerging technologies such as AIRequired SkillsBA/BS in Computer Science, Business or Clinical-related fieldHealthcare provider / Electronic Medical Record (EMR) IT PM and/or data analytics experience is requiredProject Management Professional (PMP) and Product Owner certifications—or equivalent project management training—is preferred5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or product ownershipExperience working in Agile environments (Scrum preferred)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive projects to completionPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with tools such as: Power BIDatabricksJiraSmartsheetExposure to Epic (EMR) systemsBackground working with or within technical / development teamsExperience leveraging AI tools in a business or analytics settingPartner's Consulting is an award-winning IT Consulting and Recruiting firm based in the Philadelphia area.
