Program Manager/Contracting Officer Representative (O-5 Billet) Non-Supervisory

Serves as IHSC Program Manager/Contracting Officer's Representative, overseeing healthcare and medical staffing contracts. Monitors contractor performance, manages budgets, invoices, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder coordination; supports acquisition activities and process improvement. May perform clinical duties within licensure during critical needs.

This position is only open to current USPHS officers.
USPHS Call to Active Duty (CAD) candidates are not eligible for this position.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

1. Mobility: Occasional travel required and sitting for extended periods.
2. Communication: Frequent meetings either virtual or in person with various stakeholders
3. Documentation: Prolong periods of working on the computer
4. Stress and Pressure: Agility to managing contract deliverables, stakeholders and vendor expectations and handling unforeseen challenges
