CCO Program ManagerCisco Supply Chain plays a critical role delivering profitable growth and strategic outcomes for Cisco's customers, shareholders, and business units. Component Central Operations (CCO) enables the Components Business to achieve world-class Silicon & Optical operations by leading end-to-end process improvements and digital transformation, leveraging portfolio management, data & security, and architecture expertise.

We drive execution to achieve business outcomes enabling Components Operations to maximize revenue, margin, & deliver world class products in a cost effective and efficient manner.As a CCO Program Manager, you will help lead the end to end portfolio execution for Components. The responsibilities include developing and implementing portfolio management processes, coordinating the planning and initiation of programs at various levels of completion, monitor progress and schedules of portfolio, communicate with portfolio and program stakeholders, provide mentorship to Program Managers and execute according to PMO framework, develop criteria for evaluating portfolio, developing portfolio status reports, etc.Responsibilities IncludePortfolio Management: Help manage end to end Components portfolio by ensuring execution and reporting out in high-value meeting cadences with stakeholdersChange Management: Leading change initiatives, effectively communicating changes, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth transitionsProgram Management: Oversee Components programs, focusing on scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress to ensure successful execution and deliveryPMO Governance: Create process standards and provide delivery oversight for programs and projectsCommunications: Manage communication plan including setting expectations, internal and external communicationsStakeholder Partnership: Align with both technical and business teams to drive improvement to processes and proceduresPerformance Measurement and Reporting: Develop performance metrics, monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to effectively track progress, evaluate outcomes, and make informed decisions based on dataQualifications8+ years of experience in Portfolio & Program ManagementExperience in managing large-scale programs/projectsExperience in various Program Execution Methodologies (Agile & Waterfall)Preferred QualificationsExcellent communication, organization, presentation, and analytical skillsExperience working with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environmentHigh degree of leadership, motivation, autonomy in work, and organizational skills requiredPMP CertificationWhy Cisco?At Cisco, we're revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era – and beyond.
