Masters Program CoordinatorThis position serves as the primary point of contact for all matters pertinent to the scheduling of and registration for the Masters' programs' courses in the Robert H. Smith School of Business. This position is responsible for gathering, verifying, and recording all course information for an effective scheduling process. In addition, this position is responsible for the setting up and scheduling of semesterly registration, on a non-standard academic calendar. This position must retain a high level of professionalism at all times.Preferences:Mature judgement. Able to integrate ideas and concepts.

Able to manage multiple projects. Able to troubleshoot and problem solve. Demonstrated independence and resourcefulness. Friendly, flexible, service-oriented manner. Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills. Advanced computer skills and attention to detail.

Strong customer service skills. Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with faculty, corporate clients, executives and staff. Able to respond positively under pressure and workload.
