Project/Program Manager- CMSLocation: Remote- East Coast hours Contract: 12+ Month ContractWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager with strong CMS experience to lead our web content management system migration and redesign project. As a Program Manager, you will oversee the migration of all our external websites from Sharepoint to Contentful, ensuring a smooth transition and a successful launch. You will also be responsible for managing the full redesign of the sites, ensuring that they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the migration and redesign of our websitesDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersEstablish project timelines and milestones and ensure that they are metManage project resources, including internal and external teams, vendors, and contractorsCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure that project goals and requirements are understood and metManage project risks, issues, and changes, and escalate them when necessaryMonitor and report on project progress to senior management and stakeholdersEnsure that the new websites meet industry standards for accessibility, search engine optimization, and securityDevelop and implement training and support programs for users to ensure a smooth transition to the new websitesIdentify and implement opportunities for process improvement and optimizationProvide leadership and guidance to project team members and stakeholdersRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field5+ years of experience in project or program managementExperience managing web content management system (CMS) migrations and redesigns, preferably from Sharepoint to ContentfulStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyExperience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersStrong knowledge of web design principles and best practicesProficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or AsanaPMP or Prince2 certification is a plus
