Program ManagerThe Program Manager will work under the direction of a supervisor to achieve the goals and objectives of the Statewide Data Sharing Initiative.Responsibilities include:Oversight and management of the Data Sharing program consisting of multiple systems and organizations across seven regional regions and encompassing over 350 law enforcement and criminal justice agenciesDeveloping the program strategy, supporting business case and various enterprise-wide high-level project plansEnsuring integration of systems and projects and adjusting project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the stakeholdersCommunicating with IT leadership, business leadership and vendors to communicate program strategy, direction and changesDelivering all projects contained in the project portfolio on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirementsTracking key project milestones and recommending adjustmentsPartnering with senior leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing data sharing to achieve the goals of Florida’s Domestic Security Strategic PlanProviding direction for and managing data sharing metadata planner positions via dotted-line reporting relationshipProviding dedicated support to the Data Sharing Focus Group, which is part of the Domestic Security Coordinating Group that supports the Domestic Security Oversight CouncilContinuously evaluating data available to the criminal justice community to recommend and oversee expansion of the initiative as new types of data become availableEnsuring disparate systems are interconnected so law enforcement has the information they need to identify and act swiftly against terrorist activity and other threatsIntegrating data support grant applications, budget requests, and supporting documentation required by the Governor’s Office and LegislaturePlan and facilitate meetings as requiredPrepare and present information related to data sharing as requiredConduct research, provide expertise and general support to the agency, DSOC and its components to sustain and expand statewide data sharingDeliverables
