Communicate clear expectations with team members and other stakeholders, and continually manage those expectations throughout the life of the project.Develop and manage full-scale project plans and communications that required a significant level of cross functional coordination including status reports and other documentation.Document and maintain documentation for project in Project Web App.Responsible for identifying and resolving project issues and managing project dependencies to keep the critical path on track.Conduct project post mortems and create recommendations report in order to document the success and challenges that were experienced over the life of the project.Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environmentGeneral oversight of the Project Management Office
