Location: Chicago, IL – ICH Facility (Ravenswood/Montrose)

Pay: Up to $70/hr

Potential Direct Hire: Yes; target compensation of $120K–$140K+ , depending on experience

Position Overview

Nemera is seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate medical device development programs from quotation through product design freeze and process validation. This role will serve as a key customer interface while coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple sites to ensure programs meet quality, cost, timing, and risk objectives .

Medical device industry experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal and external customers in partnership with the Key Account Manager.
• Coordinate the full program and cross-functional program team from RFQ through validation and design freeze.
• Develop and maintain program/project plans, budgets, timelines, and expenses.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously while adjusting level of involvement based on program complexity.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.

Must Have

• Medical device industry experience — REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of Program Management experience, preferably within medical device development.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.

Highly Preferred

• Experience with high-volume production, injection molding, and automation .
• Medical device or combination product development experience.
• Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and ISO 62366 .
• Experience managing programs involving multiple sites and cross-functional teams.
