Program ManagerImagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is seeking a Program Manager, contingent upon award of the associated work. This position will be based in Charleston, SC.The Project Manager will provide leadership, oversight, and execution management across multiple task areas supporting Marine Corps Business Information Systems (BIS), including cybersecurity validation, mainframe sustainment, and application engineering efforts.
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of technical, cybersecurity, and programmatic requirements in alignment with contract objectives, schedules, and performance standards.This role serves as the primary interface between Government stakeholders and contractor personnel, ensuring coordination across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), validation teams, and engineering support functions supporting RMF, Cybersecurity, and enterprise system sustainment activities.The Project Manager will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in DoD cybersecurity compliance and program execution, providing strategic guidance on RMF, Cybersecurity validation processes, and enterprise system sustainment efforts to support informed Government decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Lead program execution across cybersecurity validation, mainframe engineering, and application sustainment effortsManage cost, schedule, and performance to meet contract requirementsServe as primary interface with Government stakeholders and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)Oversee RMF and Cybersecurity validation activities across supported systemsCoordinate across technical teams to ensure integrated delivery of requirementsTrack risks, issues, and performance metrics; implement mitigation strategiesManage staffing, workload, and team performanceEnsure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies and contractual requirementsDesired Experience:10+ years of program/project management experience supporting DoD programsExperience supporting Marine Corps or Navy programs preferredExperience with RMF / A&A and cybersecurity compliance effortsExperience overseeing Cybersecurity validation activities preferredExperience managing multi-disciplinary technical teamsStrong understanding of DoD cybersecurity frameworks (NIST RMF, STIGs, POA&M)Education Requirements:Bachelor's Degree OR Qualifying experience in lieu of degree.Security Requirements:U.S. Citizen.Active Secret clearance required.Imagine One offers a full package of benefits and competitive salary, excellent group medical, vision, and dental programs. 401K savings plan; $4K annual tuition reimbursement ($5K if pursuing master's degree); employee training, development, and education programs; profit sharing; advancement opportunities; and much more!ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018, ISO 27001:2022 CMMI Development and Services - Maturity Level 3 CMMC Level 2 (C3PAO) An Employee-Owned Business EEO/Vets/Disabled
