The Edge from Within.Ignite Digital has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to support our client engagement within the federal government for the Charleston, SC area. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with AI and Automation technical expertise and strong team management skills. This position serves an important role in supporting the Navy's ability to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent through alignment of workflows to AI and automation technical capabilities.Scope of Responsibilities:Work directly with the government project manager to oversee and manage cost, schedule and performanceAnalyze current government workflow/processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop implementation plan with technical team to deliver improvements to the clientPerform management, technical, or business case analysesTrack program/project status and schedulesApply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data managementCollect, complete, organize, and interpret contractual data relating to projects and programsMonitor obligations and expenditures against phased baseline budgetsSupport clients by managing project budgets/costs, schedules, performances, briefing slides, and risksConduct process improvement assessments and present findings in a professional and compelling mannerApply analytic techniques in support of the evaluation of program/project objectivesTake ideas from whiteboards to briefs, and be proactive with ideas on leadership presentations and discussionsRequired Qualifications:10+ years of relevant DoW work experienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business or Statistics, Mathematics, or Management Information Systems (relevant work experience may be substituted for degree requirement)Advanced in Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong writing skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries.Excellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated experience in workflow/process analysis and improvement implementationActive DoD Secret clearanceDesired Qualifications:Project Management Professional (PMP)Experience leading technical team and implementing process improvement planExperience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization.Salary: $130k+ to align with education and experienceApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Ignite Digital is a Small Business committed to providing exceptional service to government agencies at competitive prices.
