You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and sales teams to deliver exceptional program outcomes while supporting customer growth and long-term partnerships.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, building trusted customer relationships, and influencing business results.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Lead Customer RelationshipsAct as the trusted advisor and primary contact for assigned customersLead business reviews and program communicationsIdentify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and expand partnershipsOwn Program PerformanceMonitor program performance, cost, and delivery metricsSupport pricing strategies, RFQs, and contract negotiationsPartner with customers and internal teams to manage demand forecastingDrive Program ExecutionLead New Product Introductions, engineering changes, and quality improvement initiativesCoordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and deadlinesCollaborate & InfluenceProvide guidance to internal customer support teamsPartner with site leadership to drive alignment and executionQualificationsRequired Experience7+ years in electronics or PCBA manufacturing5+ years in a customer-facing manufacturing or OEM buyer role3+ years leading cross-functional teamsPreferred ExperienceManaging complex or multi-location programsRFQ support and pricing strategy developmentMargin and performance analysisKey SkillsCustomer relationship leadershipProgram and project managementFinancial and operational analysisNegotiation and executive communicationAbility to manage competing prioritiesWhy Milwaukee Electronics?Work with cutting-edge technology and global customersJoin a collaborative, high-impact teamInfluence programs from concept through productionGrow your career in a stable, innovation-driven organizationTravel Requirement: Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 10% of the timeITAR ComplianceThis position may require access to information, systems, or materials that are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
