This role requires excellent stakeholder communication, structured discovery leadership, and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous early-stage programs.Key Responsibilities:Lead and structure the Discovery phase, defining scope, dependencies, and timelines.Drive requirements gathering with Nomura stakeholders and coordinate internal teams.Document discovery outcomes, connectivity/migration requirements, risks, and decision points.Facilitate cross tower alignment (infra, cloud, end user tech) during discovery discussions.Provide crisp, proactive communication across Cognizant and Nomura leadership.Required Skills:Proven experience leading discovery/inception phases in enterprise programs.Strong BA capabilities: requirements elicitation, documentation, and decision logging.Excellent stakeholder management with Director-level clients.Ability to work in evolving/ambiguous environments and drive early program structure.Strong communication, analytical skills, and cross-functional coordination experience.Ideal Candidate:Operates with urgency and ownership.Comfortable interfacing with senior client stakeholders.Able to orchestrate multi-team discussions and simplify complex discovery topics.
