Company is looking for a seasoned Go to Channel Program Manager focused on supporting the growth of the Reality Labs business. This essential role will be responsible for the end-to-end program management for global sales execution programs, including sell‑in meetings, demo execution plans, and executive engagements. A strong experience in leading strategy, operations, process improvement, and tactical projects is required. The right candidate will possess strong program management, organizational, analytical skills, and a drive for results, with the ability to effectively plan, track, and communicate cross‑functionally across all levels of an organization. The role thrives in a fast‑paced environment, requires self‑starter attitude, and experience managing complex product launches and go‑to‑channel initiatives with a focus on driving sales results, meeting milestones, and measuring success.
Responsibilities
- Sales Planning: Bring process rigor and execution excellence to the development and management of a sales engagement process, including sell‑in meetings, executive engagements, and demos.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Bring the right people together at the right moments to have the right conversations; develop and provide an objective viewpoint based on an in‑depth understanding of the business and desired outcomes.
- Project Management: Drive standardisation and continuous improvement across key sales engagement cadences, facilitating collaboration across business planning & operations, sales, and cross‑functional partners. Define goals and deliverables, develop and execute project plans, coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy‑in, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Operational Efficiency: Drive operational excellence by identifying and executing opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or improve processes and approaches for the business.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: Build effective relationships and drive alignment across multiple cross‑functional partners to ensure a consistent cross‑channel experience across segments.
- Executive Communications: Develop and deliver executive‑level communications that effectively roll up individual project status and change management to drive alignment, awareness of key changes, and enable informed decision‑making and strategic guidance.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, strategic planning, business operations, consulting, or a related field.
- Experience leading process improvement, solving complex business problems (commercial, operational, organisational), and working across cross‑functional teams to implement solutions.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects, develop and execute detailed project plans, and drive projects from strategy to execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills: engaging and aligning diverse stakeholders, ensuring buy‑in, and facilitating effective communication across teams.
- Executive communication skills: develop and deliver executive‑level communications that effectively roll up project status and manage change.
- Process improvement and operational excellence expertise.

- Experience building new processes and managing change in growing companies to scale.

Pay Transparency
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $90.00 – $100.00 per hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
