Program Manager For Snowflake Lakehouse MigrationApex Systems client is seeking a Program Manager who can help manage a Snowflake Lakehouse migration program. As part of this program, the client is planning to retire Oracle Exadata and Data Lake Qubole by establishing a Snowflake based lakehouse architecture. As part of this, the client will have resources from Snowflake, System Integrators and team.
We are looking for a PM who can be with us for a period of 8-10 months (extendable).Required Skills & QualificationsHere’s what you can expect as a Program Manager:Influence project decisions and build partnerships across disparate groups to move the program forward.Develop a program structure and team to manage multiple tracks of work.Use various project management methodologies to ensure deliverables are on time and provide timely status communication to sponsors and stakeholders for large programs.Obstacles often arise throughout the program. We expect you to identify these, show flexibility, and adjust the approach.Large changes require our people understanding the change, so you will be developing and driving a change management plan with input from program team members.Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologiesAble to create/ track program plan in conjunction with different delivery teamsTechnical Acumen,Knowledge/experience in dealing with EDW and Data LakeExperience in dealing with large scale migration programsAble to deal with multiple teams including System IntegratorsExperience in data spaceRequired Skills: -Strong exp.
