Program ManagementThe Program Management is responsible for the oversight, coordination and execution of the various HDUSA programs, or portions of programs, products and strategic initiatives. In addition, the Program Management manages the career development, growth, training needs and execution of junior team members.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinates the operation of departments to confirm that assigned programs are completed according to specifications, budgets, and timelines.Takes proactive steps to minimize delays in delivery.Regularly communicates with customers/clients to arrange meetings, confirm program schedules, and discuss any program problems.Ensures that customers and/or clients are regularly informed of the status of the program.Regularly communicates with management regarding the program's status and any problems or potential problems.Forecasts potential schedule delays and develops alternate plans.May evaluate and review design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.Controls expenditures within limitations of program budget.Maintain timing chart.Prepares progress program reports and updates to management on a timely basis.Responsible for customer presentations and interface.Performs other related duties as assignedDirects integration of technical activities and products.All other duties as assignedQualifications/ExperienceAt least ten (10) years of industry-related experienceThree (3) years in management required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Understanding of US defense landscapeExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.Professional experience in leadership roles.EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field requiredPhysical Demands / Work Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear and use hands to finger, handle, and feel. The employee is required to reach with hands and arms and have adequate mobility to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Ability to travel.Hanwha Defense USA is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices.
