Program ManagerPrime Response, Inc. (PRI) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee logistics, office move, and facility support operations across federal and Department of Defense sites in the National Capital Region. This role is responsible for overall contract execution, coordination with Government stakeholders, workforce management, and performance oversight in a dynamic, mission-driven environment supporting daily and ad-hoc operational requirements.Program & Contract Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer and COROversee day-to-day contract execution, ensuring all services are delivered in accordance with requirementsCoordinate work authorization, scheduling, and execution of both recurring and ad-hoc service requestsMonitor performance, timelines, and service quality across all operational activitiesOperations & Workforce Coordination:Plan, schedule, and manage personnel supporting: Office moves and relocations Furniture delivery, installation, and transportation Warehouse and storage operationsAssign work, track progress, and ensure adequate staffing coverage across all requirementsResolve scheduling conflicts, operational issues, and resource constraintsLogistics & Service Oversight:Coordinate delivery, moving, and transportation services across NCR sitesEnsure proper execution of inventory management, storage, and property accountabilityOversee safe handling, movement, and tracking of Government property and materialsSupport site surveys, job planning, and execution readiness for upcoming workReporting & Compliance:Prepare and submit monthly and ad-hoc status reportsTrack labor hours, task execution, and operational performanceEnsure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and Government policiesMaintain documentation related to authorized work, deliveries, and service completionCustomer Engagement:Coordinate directly with Government POCs to define requirements and prioritiesEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive, professional service deliveryCommunicate status updates, delays, and issue resolution effectivelyRequirements:Minimum Requirements: U.S.
Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Government clearance Minimum 5 years of experience managing operations, logistics, or service contracts Experience overseeing multi-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage simultaneous priorities and changing mission requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)Basic Qualifications: Experience supporting: Logistics, facilities, or warehouse operations Office moves, transportation, or material handling operations Demonstrated ability to: Manage staff and coordinate workloads Track performance and deliverables Interface with Government customersPreferred Qualifications: Experience supporting federal or DoD contracts Familiarity with: Inventory or asset management systems Facilities or logistics coordination platforms Experience working in Pentagon or NCR federal environmentsWork Environment:Primary duty location: Arlington, VA / Washington, DC. with support across NCR locations.
