Program ManagerWe are seeking a Program Manager to join our team supporting Joint Service Provider (JSP) Engineering and Development for the Enterprise (ED-E) contract in Arlington, VA. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS ExperienceMinimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience managing complex technical programs.At least five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience in a program or project leadership role.Proven ability to manage multiple technical tasks, direct cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project execution.Demonstrated experience coordinating with government clients and managing subcontractor performance.CertificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required.Education:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related discipline.Clearance:Must possess an active Secret clearance at time of application.RESPONSIBILITIESManage and oversee highly complex and/or high-risk programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and contractual obligations.Direct daily operations of program staff, task activities, and project deliverables to ensure mission success.Supervise technical and administrative personnel, including subordinate managers, to foster a cohesive, high-performing team.Serve as the primary liaison with clients to coordinate project activities, resolve issues, and negotiate task priorities.Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and processes that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.Monitor program performance, conduct quality assurance reviews, and lead audits and site visits to ensure service excellence.Coordinate and monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure integrated and timely task execution.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of program staff to ensure optimal resource allocation.Ensure all program deliverables meet established quality standards, scope, and schedule requirements.Collaborate with internal leadership and external stakeholders to address program challenges, mitigate risks, and achieve milestones.Overview WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job.
