Program ManagerKoniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Program Manager with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Aberdeen, MD. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership for IT operations supporting approximately 3,300 users across multiple locations. This role requires exceptional leadership experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage complex IT programs.Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:Lead and manage a team of 50 - 100+ IT professionals providing support to approximately 3,300 users across multiple locationsDevelop and implement strategic IT program plans that align with customer requirements and organizational objectivesManage program budgets, resources, schedules, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery of servicesCoordinate with government stakeholders to identify requirements, establish priorities, and adjust workforce allocation as neededOversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring compliance with DOW standards, policies, and security requirementsLead regular program reviews and status meetings with government counterpartsManage fluctuating workloads and priorities by effectively increasing, decreasing, or relocating resources as requiredEnsure proper documentation of all program activities, decisions, and deliverablesIdentify and mitigate program risks while developing and implementing risk management strategiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders and technical teamsEnsure compliance with all contract terms, conditions, and performance requirementsRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in a directly related IT field with 11+ years of experience, OR Master's degree in a directly related IT field with 9+ years of experience.10+ years of experience leading teams of 50 – 100+ employees for enterprise-scale IT programs of a complex nature and financial scopeDemonstrated information technology/engineering and management experience on contracts or projects with organizational responsibilities of a similarly complex nature and financial scopeExperience reviewing and approving the work of project managers, IT specialists/engineers, support staff and contract administrative personnel.Experience working in DOW Computing EnvironmentsSecurity+ certification (or equivalent DOW Directive 8570.1 IAT II)At least one certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, etc.)Required Skills and Competencies:Demonstrated experience managing complex IT programs within DOW environmentsStrong understanding of government contracting procedures, particularly related to IT servicesProven ability to lead large teams and manage complex programs with multiple stakeholdersExperience managing fluctuating workloads and priorities across multiple geographic locationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong budget management experience and financial acumenThorough understanding of DOW security requirements and IT governance frameworksExperience in risk management and mitigation strategies for IT programsKnowledge of ITIL practices and principlesAbility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic environmentProficiency in program management tools and methodologiesOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
