Program Manager IIBennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking an experienced Program Manager II to support DoD acquisition and operational programs. This role interfaces directly with senior government stakeholders and supports planning, execution, and evaluation of complex programs.Position Responsibilities:Support program planning, execution, and reporting across acquisition lifecycle activitiesCoordinate with cross-functional teams to support program objectives, schedules, and deliverablesPrepare and present briefings to senior leadershipSupport technical reviews, requirement validation, and program assessmentsFacilitate stakeholder communication and integration activitiesPosition Requirements:Bachelor's degreeMinimum 8-10 years of relevant experience supporting DoD programsExperience supporting acquisition, systems engineering, or operational programsStrong communication and briefing skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with ACAT programs or PEO-level supportPrior military or government experiencePMP certification (preferred)Security Requirements:Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening, and Credit Check.Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Government background investigation and meet suitability requirements.This position is located in Aberdeen, MD.
The salary range for this position is $103,000 - $123,000.
