To Apply for this Job Click HereLocation:St. Pete, FL (Hybrid)Engagement Type: Contract-to-HireAbout the RoleThe Release Governance Support Consultant will support a Technology Solutions organization managing complex, mission-critical systems and infrastructure across multiple operating environments.This role is a key member of the Release Governance team, coordinating large-scale system deployments, upgrades, and production releases. Success requires strong organizational skills, executive-level communication, attention to detail, and the ability to drive accountability across a complex network of project teams, vendors, and business/technology stakeholders. The consultant acts as the central coordinator for release readiness activities, giving leadership clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and go-live readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support release governance activities for major technology deployments and system upgradesFacilitate release readiness assessments, go/no-go reviews, and executive decision-making forumsDevelop and maintain release readiness dashboards, action logs, risk registers, and deployment trackersCoordinate development, review, and approval of Method of Procedure (MOP) documents and deployment plansTrack and drive completion of release exit criteria across multiple teams and vendorsIdentify, communicate, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting release readinessDevelop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, status reports, and leadership communicationsSupport deployment planning, cutover preparation, hypercare readiness, and post-release governanceFacilitate stakeholder meetings; ensure action items are documented, assigned, and closedProvide coordination support during weekend/after-hours deployment events as neededRequired Qualifications5+ years supporting complex technology programs, releases, deployments, or consulting engagementsExceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to coordinate across large, cross-functional teamsStrong executive presentation and PowerPoint development capabilitiesComfortable facilitating meetings and presenting status to leadershipAbility to independently drive follow-ups, hold teams accountable, and track commitmentsExperience managing risks, dependencies, action items, and governance processesWillingness to work onsite, travel as needed, and support occasional weekend deployment activitiesPreferred QualificationsConsulting background (Big 4 or comparable consulting firm)Experience in highly regulated, mission-critical, or complex operational environmentsTo Apply for this Job Click HereEqual Employment Opportunity Statement
