Business Operations Manager responsible for enabling Product Management and Marketing leadership through operational support, business planning & analytics, and cross-functional program management.
Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support
* Manage executive calendars for OCI Product Management & Marketing leadership.
* Prepare executive briefings, presentations, talking points, and decision-support materials.
* Conduct analysis to support organizational planning efforts.
* Track action items and ensure accountability across the leadership team.
Program & Project Management
* For key initiatives, support cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
* Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, etc.
* Coordinate stakeholders across multiple organizations.
* Monitor project health using KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
Financial & Budget Management
* Manage organizational operating budgets and forecasting activities.
* Track spend against budget and identify opportunities for optimization.
* Support annual planning, headcount forecasting, and investment prioritization.
* Partner with Finance on business reviews and planning cycles.
Operational Execellence
* Measure and analyze team and project effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
* Improve organizational processes, governance, and operational cadence.
* Manage leadership meetings, business reviews, and planning sessions.
* Coordinate cross-functional communications and organizational initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
* Build strong relationships across product, sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
* Facilitate decision-making among senior leaders.
* Represent executive leadership in meetings and follow-up activities as needed.
