Program ManagerPeraton is seeking incumbent and external qualified Program Manager candidate to support North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyene Mountain Complex (NCMC) – Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract III (NISSC III).The qualified candidate oversee the operations, maintenance, and sustainment of critical national mission systems that deliver resilient strategic threat warning and space capabilities as part of a world-wide architecture, providing strategic warning that our nation depends on during a conflict. This program will provide an opportunity to exploit the capabilities inherent in our diverse national systems to better meet the needs of the national command authority and warfighters to detect, track, and respond to strategic threats through 2030 and beyond.Responsibilities include:Lead execution of a large-scale, mission-critical program supporting NORAD strategic warning and space operations across multiple geographically distributed sitesMaintain full accountability for program performance across cost, schedule, and technical executionServe as the primary interface to Government leadership, Contracting Officer, and senior mission stakeholdersProvide strategic direction across operations, maintenance, sustainment (OM&S), engineering, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps functionsEnsure 24×7 mission readiness and operational uptime for strategic warning and space systemsLead program financial management including forecasting, EACs, staffing strategy, and cost controlOversee subcontractor execution and manage complex teaming environmentsDrive performance against SLAs, KPIs, and mission readiness metricsLead contract transition, program stand-up, and long-term execution strategyIdentify, assess, and mitigate program risks across technical, operational, and financial domainsEnsure compliance with cybersecurity, RMF, quality control, and classified systems requirementsLead executive-level briefings, program management reviews (PMRs), and customer engagementsRequired qualifications include:Active DoD Top Secret clearance required; ability to obtain SCI access required16+ years of relevant experience10+ years of experience leading large DoD programs in a PM or equivalent leadership roleDemonstrated experience managing operations, maintenance, and sustainment (OM&S) programsExperience supporting space, missile warning, C2, ISR, or similarly complex mission systemsProven ability to lead geographically distributed teams in a 24×7 operational environmentStrong experience with program financials (forecasting, budgeting, cost control, EVM)Experience managing subcontractors and multi-vendor program environmentsStrong familiarity with classified systems, secure communications, and mission IT infrastructureExperience working directly with senior DoD customers (NORAD, USNORTHCOM, USSPACECOM)Must be able to work in office or at a Customer location 4 days per weekUp to 20-25% travel may be required for this positionDesired qualifications include:PMP, DAWIA, or equivalent Program Management certificationPrior experience supporting NISSC I/II, ITW/AA, or Cheyenne Mountain Complex programsExperience with space domain awareness or missile warning systemsFamiliarity with DevSecOps and modern mission system integrationExperience operating within TS/SCI mission environmentsBackground in RMF, NIST, and DoD cybersecurity frameworksPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
