Branch Technology & Enablement Senior LeadThe Branch Technology & Enablement Senior Lead is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the enablement of emerging technologies across the branch network. This includes developing and implementing frameworks, processes, and tools to facilitate the adoption and integration of new technologies while ensuring effective governance, risk management, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires an understanding of the technology landscape, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills along with the ability to drive change in a complex and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for emerging technologies, aligning with the organization's overall technology strategy and business objectives.Maintain governance frameworks, policies, and standards for the adoption and use of emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.Establish clear processes for technology discovery, evaluation, and onboarding, including criteria for prioritization, investment, and deployment.Lead the development and implementation of projects, including training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, to build internal expertise and facilitate the adoption of new technologies.Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration by establishing communities of practice, promoting knowledge sharing, and encouraging experimentation with emerging technologies.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to support technological advancements.Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, technology teams, risk management, and compliance, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of projects, identifying areas for improvement and measuring the impact on technology adoption, innovation, and business outcomes.Qualifications:10+ years of experienceShould demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholdersCritical thinking and problem solving skillsEducation:Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experienceJob Family Group:Project and Program ManagementJob Family:Program ManagementTime Type:Full timePrimary Location:Charlotte North Carolina United StatesPrimary Location Full Time Salary Range:$134,960.00 - $202,440.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
