Title: PMO Analyst/Project Manager

Duration: FTE/Permanent

Location: Onsite in Whippany, NJ

Salary: 140-160k

We are seeking a PMO Analyst/PM to lead the development of a financial dashboard in partnership with internal finance teams, financial system product managers, and an external vendor responsible for delivery.

This role requires a highly proactive, self-directed professional who can independently drive momentum, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure measurable progress without constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for the financial dashboard initiative

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, PMO, Product, and external vendors

• Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies

• Oversee vendor performance and ensure accountability to scope and schedule

• Track capital funding, operating budgets, and overall project financials

• Analyze PMO financial data and provide clear reporting on budget performance

• Develop concise, executive-ready presentations and reporting materials using Microsoft Office

• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively drive resolution

Required Experience:

• Strong project management experience, including vendor oversight

• Experience working with finance teams and managing PMO financials

• Deep understanding of capital funding, operating budgets, and project financial reporting

• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative

• Strong analytical skills with experience building reporting formats and dashboards

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint required)
