Program Management Director, Emerging SensorsAt the forefront of innovation, the Radar & Sensor Systems (RSS) segment within Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors (IWSS) is launching a new Emerging Sensors (ES) organization. This business area is focused on developing and integrating cutting-edge sensor technologies that support next-generation missions for a diverse set of customers—including the FAA, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), intra-Lockheed Martin stakeholders, and other U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) elements. We're uniting new program starts, technology maturation efforts, and Contracted R&D (CRAD) pursuits under one focused subsegment to drive faster innovation, capture new markets, and expand our impact across both domestic and nontraditional defense sectors.The WorkAs the Program Management Director for Emerging Sensors, you will lead a portfolio of high-growth, high-impact efforts across multiple mission domains. You'll be responsible for overseeing program execution, shaping new business strategy, and driving alignment across engineering, operations, and customer teams. Your work will span across early-phase concept development, CRAD execution, and full lifecycle program delivery.
