Aviation Safety Program Support AnalystSeeking qualified professionals to support Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Aviation Safety (AVS) programs through program analysis, coordination, and mission execution activities supporting acquisition, financial, and program control functions across the National Airspace System (NAS). This role supports high-impact aviation safety initiatives, modernization efforts, and emerging technologies shaping the future of the National Airspace System (NAS).Key ResponsibilitiesSupport program and project execution, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of technical and administrative activitiesPerform qualitative and quantitative analysis to support program planning, lifecycle acquisition management, and decision-makingProvide audit/inquiry support (FOIA, OIG, GAO), congressional or leadership reportingSupport investment planning, AMS/CIP-related analysis, and program reporting using FAA systems and governance processes.Monitor and track program performance, including cost, schedule, and technical progress, and prepare status reports for Government stakeholdersSupport risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning for program and project activitiesCoordinate with FAA program offices, stakeholders, and team members to support effective program execution and communicationApplicant PreferencesApplied experience in program management support, program controls, or analytical support activitiesExperience working with FAA Headquarters and supporting cross-organizational collaboration and executive-level communicationsFamiliarity with program reporting, budgeting, scheduling, or acquisition support processesExperience supporting technical or aviation-related programs and stakeholdersExperience tracking and archiving UAS Certificates of Authorization is desiredQualificationsBachelor's degree and two years of experience performing the above duties or a High School diploma and five years of experience performing the above dutiesU.S. Citizen or Green Card Permanent Resident (minimum 3+ years of U.S.
