Program Management Analyst, JuniorWiSC Enterprises is seeking a motivated and mission-focused Program Management Analyst, Junior to support intelligence and defense operations at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). This position supports high-priority national security initiatives involving Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Foreign Materiel Exploitation (FME), and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission areas.The selected candidate will provide programmatic and operational support to technical and acquisition-focused initiatives supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) customers. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical defense missions while working alongside experienced government and contractor personnel in a collaborative environment.This is a full-time, onsite position located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), Ohio.Position contingent upon contract award.ResponsibilitiesSupport program management activities across Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) and Information Technology (IT) programsAssist with execution of technical and operational programs, including schedule management, resource coordination, and risk identificationSupport preparation of acquisition and operational documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), briefing materials, and program packagesTrack acquisition activities from submission through award and assist with management of contract deliverables, obligations, and expendituresCoordinate with government stakeholders and external mission partners to facilitate collaboration, integration, and information sharingSupport technical exchanges and assist with promoting awareness of intelligence research and development initiatives across the Air Force enterprisePrepare reports, presentations, and briefings for government leadership and program managersMaintain program documentation, records, and status tracking toolsAssist with process improvement initiatives and day-to-day operational support activitiesRequired QualificationsU.S.

Citizenship requiredActive Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI adjudication requiredBachelor's degree from an accredited institution0–4 years of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Intelligence Community (IC) technical project or program management activitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to interact effectively with technically and organizationally diverse personnelSelf-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a mission-focused environmentDesired QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationFamiliarity with ISR operations and intelligence disciplines including GEOINT, MASINT, or FMEExperience supporting Air Force or Intelligence Community programsMaster's degree preferredAdditional experience supporting technical, acquisition, or operational programs within the DoD or IC environment
