Role Overview: The Program Lead is responsible for overseeing rehabilitation services within assigned accounts, ensuring high-quality patient care, effective coordination, and customer satisfaction. They provide direct patient care, support therapy staff, and facilitate communication with referral sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the delivery of evidence-based, compliant rehab services.
- Assist in staffing, resource utilization, and clinical program promotion.
- Coordinate with licensed therapists and leadership to support clinical and operational goals.
- Support clinical orientation, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with facility teams, identify new opportunities, and promote services.
- Ensure adherence to care plans, documentation standards, and billing practices.
- Support financial management to meet budget goals.
- Perform other duties supporting clinical and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility in applicable state(s).
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor's plus extensive experience.
- Minimum of three years direct patient care and one year management experience.
- Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing processes.
