Position Title: Program Lead Analyst (PLA)
Reports to: Operations Manager
Location: Fort Bragg, NC
Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary: Aldevra is currently seeking a qualified Program Lead Analyst (PLA) to support the United States Army Reserve (USAR) in Fort Bragg, NC. We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a willingness to jump in where needed. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Duties And Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the overall analytical support effort
- Coordinate deliverables, reports, briefings, taskers, and analytical products across the different workstreams.
- Likely serve as the contractor's senior interface with Government leadership/COR for execution of the analytical-support mission.
- Oversee or integrate work performed by the functional analysts, including: Facility Sustainment, Real Property, Strategic Planning and Integration, NTV Fleet Management, and Personnel Management
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Security Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain CAC clearance.
- Ability to perform prolonged computer-based work, including use of a keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office equipment.
- Ability to attend meetings and briefings throughout the assigned work location.
- May require extended periods of sitting or standing associated with office work, meetings, briefings, and travel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, taskers, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions within established policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with Government leadership, functional staff, and contractor personnel.
- Ability to prepare, review, and interpret reports, briefings, spreadsheets, policies, and other technical or administrative documents.
- Ability to lead and coordinate geographically dispersed personnel and multiple functional workstreams.
- Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in management or supervision and a minimum of four (4) years of that experience shall have been in DoD Staff Leadership
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred; relevant DoD/Army leadership experience may substitute for education.
- Valid Real-ID state-issued driver's license
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent and accurate written communication
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems; online calendars and cloud systems; intermediate to advanced skills Microsoft office products required
