The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaboration with stakeholders to plan and mitigate risks, coordinate with interagency partners, and support modernization efforts in a program management capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage data calls from development through final reporting and action tracking.
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple acquisition programs, stakeholders, and government organizations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and mitigate risks related to current or new cyber initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support modernization initiatives, strategic planning, and policy reviews.

  • Identify and communicate program risks, impacts, dependencies, and recommendations.
  • Support senior leadership decision-making through clear and actionable information.
  • Facilitate coordination among geographically dispersed teams and external partners.
  • Track actions, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely completion of program objectives.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree and 14 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 12 years of relevant experience. A technical degree is required; however, a CISSP certification can substitute for the technical degree requirement.

Experience: A strong background in program management, integration, operations, policy support, or acquisition support is required. Experience must include working with high-level government leadership or C-suite executives and managing data calls, action tracking, and stakeholder coordination. Experience in an acquisition program environment is beneficial.

Skills: Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, communications security (COMSEC), cryptographic modernization, or key management.
  • Knowledge of government organizations and external partners such as DISA, NSA, USCYBERCOM, or NIST.
  • Experience supporting policy development or enterprise transformation efforts.

The work schedule is primarily onsite, with a general expectation of 4-5 days per week at the designated location. Some flexibility for appointments is available, and the schedule may vary between four and five days onsite depending on weekly requirements.
