These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.​We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.Job DescriptionWhat you’ll doMonthly/Quarterly program forecast reviews. Budget Variance analysis including Estimate To Complete (ETC), Estimate At Complete (EAC), and Budget Baseline analysis.Analyze and validate project costs; analyze project performance status and identify financial risks.Sales Forecasting.Assist and support the reconciliation of contracts for revenue recognition, funding, percent complete, customer billings, and CDRLs.Participate in project cost review meetings.Prepare presentations and host Program Financial Review meetings with senior management.Support financial audits as necessary.Prepare adhoc reports and analysis as necessary.Daily availability to include evenings and weekends when necessary to reach goals and deadlines.What you needBachelor's degree (B.A.) in Accounting or Finance from four-year college or universityIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and WordPower BI Experience (preferred)Thrives in a continuously changing environmentAbility to communicate with all levels of management effectively and respectfully, both verbally and writtenAbility to solve problems using complex sources of dataAbility to understand and navigate multiple projects with demanding deadlinesProven experience working in a team environment with all levels of managementDemonstrates critical thinking and analytical skills, while maintaining attention to detail and effective time management/organizationExperience with Government accounting requirements and various contract types (fixed price, cost plus, T&M, IDIQ, etc)U.S. citizenship (required)What we offerCompetitive salary and comprehensive health benefits401(k) with company match and retirement plansPaid time off and flexible work arrangementsProfessional development and training opportunitiesA collaborative environment focused on innovation and growthSalary Range: $62,800.00-$83,700.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
