Program Finance Analyst IIMAG Aerospace is seeking a Program Finance Analyst II to support high visibility defense contracts with the DoD. This position will report to the Director of Financial Operation within the C5S Business Unit; prioritize requirements and achieve financial goals while ensuring the integrity of business processes.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing financial projections and analyses for multiple programs simultaneouslyEnsure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the governmentSupport/interface with both government/commercial customers including presentation of funding, EAC/ETC, projections and knowledge of appropriate allocation of costsResponsible for complete project setup within Accounting System and required periodic updates in accordance with Contract modifications and fundingPrepare variance explanations, estimates to complete (EACs), and monthly corporate and customer reports related to cost/schedule performance, staffing, and Revenue forecastsResponsible for monthly close process relative to assigned programs for both internal and external requirementsAudit travel costs for completeness/accuracyPrepare accurate and timely billing and necessary support to customers in coordination with Accounts Receivable TeamDirect coding of project expenses with Accounts Payable teamPartnership with Program Management team to ensure accuracy in day-to-day operations and data reportingPrepare annual program budget as well as monthly/quarterly forecast updatesPrepare internal as well as external reporting by program in accordance with company/contract requirementsRequirementsDemonstrated experience and proficiency with MS Office applications; Primarily Advanced ExcelStrong understanding of financial management concepts such as funding, revenue, cost, profit, billed AR, unbilled AR, EAC's, subcontracts, purchase orders, etc.Experience managing Cost Plus, T&M and Fixed Price ContractsStrong numerical and analytical skillsPositive attitude and adaptability to changing requirementsMust be detail oriented and have strong organizational/communication skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyDemonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ingenuity with the ability to effectively achieve organizational established goals and objectivesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service and collaborative team environment4+ years of experience in Program FinanceBachelor's DegreeU.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearanceBenefits and CompensationAt MAG Aerospace, we value your contributions providing our employees with a robust Total Rewards package that supports your total well-being.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 (annualized USD).
