Program Director Training CoordinatorWe are seeking a gospel-centered, results-driven and detail-oriented Program Director Training Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position will operate out of our headquarters in Hilliard or remotely from Central Ohio and will focus on providing excellent training and support for LifeWise Program Directors.This role requires collaboration, strategic thinking and strong execution to develop and equip confident and successful Program Directors nationwide. The ideal candidate is energized by leadership development, organizational systems and helping local leaders thrive.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and maintain required and ongoing training and development for new and existing program directorsManage training schedules, registration, communications and follow-up processesMaintain accurate training records, completion data and compliance documentationCollaborate on creating program director training resources, guides and learning materialsSupport communication efforts that keep program directors informed, equipped and engagedIdentify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions that strengthen program director success, accountability and retentionMaintain organized systems and processes that support scalable program director training and supportOther responsibilities as assignedQualifications and ExperienceA mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of FaithBachelor's degreeExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership development skillsExperience leading teams, managing programs or training adultsExperience in digital learning platforms preferredAbility to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting demandsStrong organizational and project management skillsProficiency in using Google Workspace toolsSalary and BenefitsFrom $48,000 per yearMedical, dental, and vision coverage for qualified employeesRetirement plan, including employer matchUnlimited PTO for qualified employeesLifeWise Academy's hiring practices and EEO Statement are fully in compliance with both federal and state law.
