Responsibilities
- Leading enterprise-wide technology programmes across multiple entities and divisions
- Defining and driving complex programmes including cloud transformation, infrastructure modernisation, data centre initiatives, and platform migrations
- Managing programme scope, timelines, budget, risks, and value delivery in a controlled and sustainable manner
- Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Security
- Building and leading high‑performing teams within a matrix organisation
- Driving programme governance, transparency, and continuous improvement in programme management practices
- Managing dependencies, risks, and ensuring strong delivery quality and long‑term value
- Influencing and aligning stakeholders to a shared programme vision and ensuring successful execution
This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, along with the ability to operate autonomously in a complex, high‑impact environment.
