Program Director

Program ManagerResponsibilities include:Provide essential support, including answering programmatic questions and providing technical assistance to sub-grantees across Tennessee who participate in the programLead the planning, coordination, and execution of program initiatives focusing on health equityConduct regular meetings with sub-recipients and staffCommunicate the program procedures and projects to staff and partnersReview, produce, and disseminate data-driven, evidence-informed and equitable resourcesMonitor trends in program uptake with a focus on serving disproportionately burdened populationsAssist the Program Director with aspects of grant management, including monitoring, reporting, etc.Participate in the development, execution, and monitoring of contractsPerform other related duties as requiredApplicants must meet the following criteria:Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and at least three years experience working in public health.Substitution of Experience or Education: Additional graduate coursework in a business or health-related field may be substituted on a year-for-year basis. Additional qualifying professional experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
