You'll be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams, maintaining strong executive-level relationships, and ensuring programs are delivered on time and at a high standard.If you're someone who thrives in complexity, takes true ownership, and knows how to drive results across multiple workstreams—this role is built for you.What You'll DoOwn Program DeliveryLead end-to-end execution of utility and hyperscaler programs across the Southeast marketOwn program timelines, KPIs, and overall performanceEnsure successful delivery from early-stage planning through implementationLead Cross-Functional ExecutionAlign Development, Engineering, Delivery & Operations, and Host Engagement teamsEnsure workstreams are properly sequenced, resourced, and moving forwardIdentify and remove blockers quickly to keep programs on trackManage Stakeholders & Client RelationshipsServe as the primary point of contact for utility and external partnersBuild and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholdersProactively communicate progress, risks, and key decisionsDrive Program Visibility & GovernanceOwn program reporting, dashboards, and executive updatesMaintain clear visibility into program health and performanceEnsure decisions, risks, and milestones are well-documentedManage Risk & Solve ProblemsIdentify risks early and take action before they impact deliveryNavigate complex, regulated environments with confidenceDrive resolution across teams when issues ariseImprove & ScaleIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and delivery modelsCapture lessons learned and apply them across future program phasesHelp scale program execution as the business growsWhat We're Looking ForExperience10+ years of experience in program management, operations, or large-scale deliveryProven ownership of complex, multi-workstream programsExperience serving as the primary point of accountability for customer-facing programsStrong experience working cross-functionally across multiple teamsIndustry BackgroundExperience in the electric power, utility, or infrastructure space strongly preferredFamiliarity with regulated or contract-driven environmentsSkills & CapabilitiesStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsAbility to drive clarity and execution in complex environmentsExperience building and managing program reporting and KPIsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilityNice to HavePMP or equivalent certificationExperience working with utilities, regulators, or large enterprise clientsLocation & TravelHybrid role based in the Southeast (Atlanta, Columbus, or Birmingham preferred)~10–15% travel, primarily within the regionCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $132,000 – $176,000, depending on experience and locationPerformance-based bonus eligibilityComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with employer matchFlexible time away12 weeks paid parental leaveHybrid work flexibility + monthly phone/Wi-Fi stipendWhy SparkfundAt Sparkfund, we partner with utilities and leading organizations to deploy infrastructure at scale.
