Program Director, Senior Living Activities

Benchmark at Tatnuck Park in Worcester is hiring a Program Director to coordinate, implement, and evaluate our assisted living program. You will lead activity staff, coordinate with families and community organizations, and create engaging resident experiences.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, management experience, and familiarity with aging and disability issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
