What You Bring to SBHG (Qualifications):
- Education & Licensure: Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, or Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from an accredited college or university.
- Or Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
- California Registered Intern Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage, Family and Child Counselor (LMFT) preferred.
- Or Valid California Nursing License (LVN, LPT, RN, NP) required Valid California Driver’s License.
- First Aid certification from persons qualified by agencies including but not limited to the American Red Cross.
- Experience: Two (2) years direct service experience with the mentally ill, preferably adults.
- Two (2) years supervisory experience in a health care setting.
- Safety & Compliance: Must have attained the age of 18 years of age.
Division/Program Overview: Program: The TAY Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) facility is a short-term voluntary residential facility. Designed to help Transitional Age Youth (TAY), ages 18-25, who experience a psychiatric crisis to safely stabilize, recover, and transition back to community. Population Served: Transitional Age Youth (TAY), ages 18-25, who experience a psychiatric crisis Facility & Setting: short-term voluntary residential facility | 24/7 Program Clinical Services: Therapeutic and mental health services, Rehabilitation/recovery services, including substance use rehabilitation services, Medication evaluation and support services, Crisis intervention Length of Stay: short-term Skills & Transition: Pre‑vocational or vocational counseling, transition back to community Skills & Services: Daily exercise and health/wellness education
